A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Agile Practice
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Project Managers, Program Managers, Scrum Masters,
and Delivery Leads
Oversee budgets for multiple programs and projects, ensuring
financial tracking and reporting
Drive planning and execution of IT projects, coordinating with
cross-functional teams and senior leaders
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Project Management with cross-functional
teams
5+ years of experience in leading program management efforts in a
large organization
2+ years of experience in managing a team of Project Managers/Scrum
Masters
Understanding of software development methodologies
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
