Job Description:

Summary: Full time supervisor sought for upscale Japanese Sushi restaurant, must have 3+ years experience in upscale casual or fine dining, strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, and ability to operate effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Ensure team members operate in a courteous and respectful manner.
Plan and coordinate team members and resources to provide efficient and profitable service.
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, consistency, health, and safety.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisor/manager experience in upscale casual or fine dining.
- Preferred experience with Japanese cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures, food safety and sanitation practices.
- Basic knowledge of laws and regulations.
