Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Design & Strategy Manager to
oversee the development and evaluation of training programs for
staff.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of training programs through various
modalities, including in-person and online
Develop evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness and
drive improvements
Ensure compliance of training programs with regulatory and
organizational standards
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in learning and development within clinical
or non-clinical operations
4+ years of experience leading and developing direct reports
3+ years of experience designing and delivering training programs
using various modalities
3+ years of experience managing complex projects, including
resource allocation
2+ years of experience analyzing data to drive program
effectiveness
