Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, BSA/AML Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities within the BSA/AML Operations program
and lead a team of investigators
Oversee the BSA/AML investigation process and implement solutions
for emerging risks
Analyze and report on suspicious activity and collaborate with
management to strengthen compliance controls
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in BSA/AML/OFAC-related activities in
the financial services industry
3-4 years of supervisory or management experience in BSA/AML
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with SQL and regulatory compliance is preferred
ACAMS or CFE certification is a plus
