Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Manager to design and
deliver effective training programs for customers and team
members.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead engaging training sessions to enhance user
adoption of the platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize
comprehensive learning technologies
Drive the integration of learning technologies within the solution
to improve learning and development strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in learning and development or enablement
with expertise in learning technologies
Passion for facilitating learning programs, particularly onboarding
programs
Strategic thinking and leadership abilities to shape the learning
innovation vision
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with subject matter
experts and senior leaders
Experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all
organizational levels
