Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Behavioral Health Program
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Implement behavioral health operational priorities and manage
resources to achieve operational goals and budgets
Lead the development and integration of behavioral health programs
internally and externally
Educate associates and providers on behavioral health strategies
and clinical training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, nursing,
or a related human service field
5+ years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in the
public sector
Licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed
Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent
Preferred Master's Degree in a related field
Experience in managed care is preferred
