Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to
engage with prospective customers and convert leads into qualified
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and chat to
assess their needs
Schedule high-quality demos for the sales team with qualified
prospects
Maintain and track activities in the CRM to ensure seamless
handoffs to Account Executives
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS company
Experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction
(AEC) industry is a plus
Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced
environment
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
A bachelor's degree is a plus
