Job Description:
Our client is a seed-stage startup that powers growth for
consumer companies in the wake of privacy changes. Their platform
is designed to optimize the performance of ad platforms like Meta,
Google Ads, and TikTok, through the company's Predictive CAPI and
Predictive Audience tools. These tools train the ad platform
algorithm to target a brand's ideal audience and ultimately helps
them achieve, on average, a 32% improvement in paid marketing
performance. The company is tier-1 VC-backed and is already seeing
amazing results for 50+ customers.About the RoleOur client is
looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to join
their growing team. As the Director of Sales, you will be
responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing
customer relationships to grow our client's customer base. You'll
be the first team member dedicated to building the company's
pipeline and closing deals, and will need to guide their transition
from founder-led sales to a scaled out sales team. As such, you
will have the ability to build a small sales team within the first
year. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a
passion for data-driven advertising and marketing technology
products, a proven track record in sales of performance marketing
services and/or SaaS, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced
