Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative to
provide inbound and outbound phone support while ensuring
operational accuracy and excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls empathetically and process requests with high
operational accuracy
Schedule appointments and collect/update patient demographic and
insurance information
Document all interactions in electronic health records and maintain
compliance with HIPAA standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth call center
Excellent telephone etiquette and basic computer operations
skills
Experience in the medical or health insurance field preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
