Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Analyst II (Remote) to
support and enhance operational processes through troubleshooting
and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and document production processes for application batch
cycles and data transmissions
Serve as an escalation point for operational automated tasks and
process issues
Provide issue resolution support to IS Operations Analysts and act
as a liaison with third parties
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Information Technology or related field, plus 4 years
of IT experience, or 8 years of equivalent IT experience
Healthcare or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) IT experience
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL / T-SQL and Managed File Transfer
software
Experience with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional certification in relevant IT fields is preferred
