We are RocheAs Freezer & Refrigerators Maintenance Technician 2 in the GenMark team, you are troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration equipment issues with minimal supervision. You will follow established procedures, company policies, and FDA requirements as required.Work shift: weekends, 3rd shift: Thursday - Monday 10:00 pm -6:00 am.The opportunityIn this role, you are:

• Performing intermediate in-house calibrations of equipment and provides primary calibration support. Monitors and maintains integrity of calibration standards, and investigates discrepancies within calibration and preventative maintenance documentation.
• Assisting in monitoring and troubleshooting the Temperature Monitoring System and providing technical support for equipment non-conformances.
• Recommending solutions to recurring issues and partner with Manufacturing Engineering to implement solutions
• Assisting with equipment validations (IQ/OQ) and document all activities following Good Documentation Practice
• Supportting the Manufacturing Engineering group with continuous process improvement projects and make recommendations to improve processes and reducing scrap and being open to performing additional duties as assignedWho you are
  • You hold a High School Diploma and bring a minimum of 2 years of experience required. 5 years of experience in regulated manufacturing environment as preferred.
  • FDA, cGMPs, and/or ISO knowledge or equivalent experience is highly preferred
  • Asset Database Management system experience required (SAP preferred)Preferred behaviors, competencies, and qualities of the ideal applicant.
    • Ability to maintain the Kanban system by updating inventory levels, monitoring card movements, and replenishing stock as needed by conduct regular audits, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and ensure the availability of necessary parts and materials.
    • Knowledge and experience with laboratory diagnostic instrument software and systems, and regulations;Knowledge of CGMP, FDA 21 CFR-Part 820The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is 44,800 - 83,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
