Job Description:

A company is looking for a Stars Quality Specialist in New York.

Key Responsibilities

Impact various Stars measures and activities to maximize Star ratings
Review and audit charts for accurate documentation and identify improvement opportunities
Conduct telephonic outreach to members, providers, and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Understanding of the Medicare Star ratings program
Experience in the healthcare industry or health insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with electronic health record systems
Bachelor's degree and completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Program preferred
