Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Due Diligence Specialist,
Contractor, Part-Time, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and revise contracts for clarity, accuracy, and
enforceability
Review and vet third-party contracts and agreements to identify
risks and ensure compliance
Collaborate with the Risk Management Team on contract management
and compliance efforts
Required Qualifications
Paralegal degree or certification with at least one year of
relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
Working knowledge of contract due diligence, including legal
research and analysis
Familiarity with contract frameworks, terms, and best practices in
contract management
