Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company, in their search for a Facilities and Procurement Coordinator. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Hybrid).

Qualifications:

Skilled in Ariba, or technically savvy to learn fast.
Global real estate, looking at proposals from architects, consultants, realtors, this person would receive proposals and go into the Ariba system and creates a PO and go from end to end (follow up with SSP department to make sure the proposal has everything they need, a proposal in place, work with PO (2-3 weeks).
Track approvals and send proposal over to a contractor. May need to onboard vendors in Ariba. Processing payments and working with contractors.
Make sure budgets are reconciled, make sure proper PR is set up, and make sure goods are received/performed. General contractors, architects, electricians, and construction Project Coordinator.
Corporate facilities/real estate. Follow-up. Once services are rendered, they would work with contractors to get invoices into Ariba to be properly coded to get invoices paid.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $42.07/hour to $42.07/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
