As Senior Bioinformatics Scientist, you will lead efforts to ensure pipeline performance and reliability, guaranteeing high-quality and consistent results for our patients.As a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist, you will:

• Support operations by evaluating and triaging bioinformatics data underlying clinical variant calls
• Oversee bioinformatics operations, including developing tools and methods to identify and track key metrics
• Work on improvements to bioinformatics algorithms
• Develop, maintain, and document clinical analytical validations
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, lab, and clinical teams to support operationsAbout you:
  • PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with analyzing DNA sequencing data
  • Coding and/or data analysis experience in Python
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges to drive tasks to completionPluses:
    • Experience in a CLIA/CAP lab is strongly preferred
    • Subject matter knowledge in clinical genomics
