A company is looking for a Customer Operations Representative
(Part-time).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage order entry, pricing inquiries, product availability, and
quality reporting
Build and maintain effective customer relationships through
exceptional service
Ensure accurate order life cycle management in accordance with
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of comparable Customer Service experience
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
