Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Fundraising for
the EpicPromise Employee Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee engagement and donor relationships to meet
fundraising goals
Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and manage volunteer
teams
Create marketing strategies and compelling cases for support to
enhance program awareness
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or corporate social
responsibility
Experience in community fundraising, major gifts, and digital
fundraising
Proven track record of meeting fundraising goals and building donor
relationships
Strong project management skills
Data analytics skills are a plus
