Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Support
Representative to assist clients in their health journey.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service requests via phone, SMS, chat, and
email
Answer client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA
technology
Assist with outbound customer communications and internal issue
triaging
Required Qualifications
Extensive customer service experience required
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of customer experience KPIs and processes
Passion for health and wellness is a must
Availability to work Sundays and a schedule from 2:30pm-11pm
