Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Coordinator to engage and
inform patients about healthcare programming.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily patient outreach and engagement through various
communication channels
Coordinate ongoing communication with client care teams and
providers
Maintain diligent records of patient interactions and assist with
process improvements
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a clinical setting such as a hospital or
doctor's office
Cold-calling experience is preferred
A valid Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) license is preferred
Interest in performing high-volume patient outreach
Tech-savviness and proficiency are required
