Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst to provide
technical customer service for software support.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage support ticketing system, ensuring timely
resolution of client cases
Participate in collaborative meetings focused on client issues and
case resolution
Seek training opportunities to enhance product knowledge
Required Qualifications
1+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience
1+ year of scripting experience (SQL, Progress, Powershell,
etc.)
1+ year of basic PC troubleshooting and/or repair experience
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office suite
Must be 18 years of age or older
