Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking an associate with 3 - 4 years of
litigation experience. Cox Castle's litigation practice includes
general business, real estate, construction, and labor and
employment. The candidate must have experience in document
collection and review, case organization, responding to discovery,
and drafting pleadings, law and motion and other briefs. An
excellent academic record and strong research and writing skills
are required. Candidate should also have extensive knowledge of
document management systems such as Relativity and Opus2. Admission
to the California Bar is required.The anticipated base salary for
this position is $220,000 - $240,000, dependent upon experience and
other relevant factors. This position is bonus eligible. Cox Castle
also offers a comprehensive benefits package.Cox Castle is also
seeking an associate with 5 - 7 years of commercial real estate
transactional experience. Significant experience with joint
ventures and borrower-side finance is required. Candidates should
have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training.
Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred. The
anticipated base salary for this position is $260,000 - $290,000,
dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. This position
is bonus eligible. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits
package.
