Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter, R&D to manage
full lifecycle hiring for Engineering and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and engage candidates through innovative
approaches
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and
talent pipelines
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process using an applicant
tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications
8+ years of recruiting experience for Engineering, Product, and
Customer-facing roles
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably
Greenhouse
Ability to build a talent pipeline and exceed hiring goals
Expertise in technical role fill strategies and sourcing tools
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
