• 5 years' of experience with counseling clients.
• Litigated wage and hour cases, class action cases, as well as employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts, and responded to administrative charges.
• Familiar with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes.
• Experienced with preparing responsive pleadings, engaging in motion practice, responding to discovery as well as counseling clients on employment law.
• Hybrid will be considered for a well-qualified candidate.Benefits:
  • Salary range: - $170,000-$200,000 (Compensation will depend on candidate's qualifications and experience)
