Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and make outbound calls to assist customers with
inquiries
Research account information and notate accounts accurately
Navigate systems while engaging with customers on calls
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center agent
Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish
Able to work a 10:30am - 7pm EST shift
Experience in the finance industry is preferred
