• Employment Type: Travel Salary: $3,524.20/week Medical specialty: Cath Lab Rad Tech Standard shift: Day Weekly schedule: 5x8 Schedule Notes: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM [STEMI On Call required.] Department: Cardiac Catherization Responsibilities:
  Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization procedures and other interventional radiology techniques.
  Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
  Position patients correctly to obtain clear and accurate images while ensuring their safety and comfort.
  Follow radiation safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  Monitor patients during procedures and report any complications or concerns to the medical team.
  Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
  Ensure proper equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions.
  Adhere to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality. Requirements:
  RT/CVT.
  Active California Radiologic Technologist license or certification (if required).
  ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
  Required Radiology License (Cardiovascular tech with no Radiology License not accepted)
  Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
