It supports clinical users by understanding clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and industry standards to adapt the software effectively. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with clinicians to develop detailed specifications, such as process flows, risk assessments, and impact analysis. Responsibilities may also include customer service, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of the system.Ideal Candidate Skills:Certified in Epic Healthy Planet, Epic Ambulatory, or Epic Clin Doc with at least 3 years solid build and workflow experience.Work Site:Local Hybrid (within San Diego Commuting) or 100% Remote (within the United States Only)Work Schedule:This position is eligible for 100% remote work within the United States; however, it requires an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
