Job description *Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. -The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. *Key Objectives & Responsibilities*

• Perform hygiene visits using GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, periodontal disease, gingivitis and provide recommendations for at home care
• Take dental x-rays, perform perio charting/patient assessments and preventive procedures on patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as necessary
• Administer local anesthetics
• Utilize dental software systems for patient charting and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment *Requirements*
  • Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
  • Active state dental hygiene license, PLUS previous experience
  • Must be GBT Certified or willing to be trained
  • Experience with periodontal therapy and treatment planning
  • Proficiency in digital radiography and intraoral imaging
  • Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention
  • Experience with dental software (ie: Dentrix, Ascend) & technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Laser Certification
  • Florida Probe (Willing to be trained) Job Types: Part-time Expected hours: No less than 8 per week Benefits:
