Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Strategy &
M&A - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy engagements across Optum Financial, including
industry landscapes and inorganic growth strategy
Structure research plans and conduct evaluations to support
strategic decision-making
Drive the due diligence process for potential M&A opportunities
and manage senior stakeholder expectations
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in business development, consulting,
corporate development, or investment banking
4+ years of experience working with senior level leaders
4+ years of advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint deck development
experience
4+ years of expertise in fintech and/or healthcare
