Join us in delivering exceptional coffee experiences worldwide.What we will achieve together:The Technical Product Manager plays a critical part in our sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate technical service before and after the sales of our machines. Ultimately, the ideal candidate can overcome hurdles in the sales process by conveying solid technical product and business knowledge to key decision makers. This individual will work as part of a team to help ensure we meet and exceed our customers' needs and expectations by offering rotational and project-based support.Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and launch new products from Europe in the North American market.
• Execute local product lines and innovations based on market needs and customer feedback.
• Leverage existing customers to engage in testing new equipment and products.
• Run field tests of new equipment.
• Partner with European Product Development teams to customize prototypes for the North American market.
• Become SME for equipment and introduce technical training to sales, product management, technical support, and technical training teams.
• This will be part of a team that has strengths in all or a few of the primary skills.What you need to be successful in this role:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in engineering and/or equivalent technical experience within the Food and Beverage Equipment industry; coffee and/or hot dispensed beverages is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Key Skills: Product Development, Client Relationship, Engineering.
  • Traits: Strong problem solving, strategic thinking and planning, strong organizational skills, working collaboratively in a global team environment.Overview:
    • Type of employment: Full time - Exempt
    • Workplace type: Irvine, CA (Hybrid working schedule: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote)
    • Working in vendor and field facilities including convenience stores, quick serve restaurants, restaurants, and hotels.
