Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Global Support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a multi-year strategy and execution roadmap
for proactive support
Define and manage operational metrics, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals
Drive continuous improvement and optimize support processes to
enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in customer support, with 5+ years in a
leadership role managing large teams
Experience managing global teams across diverse cultures and
languages
Strong understanding of SaaS and customer success strategies
Proven track record in budgeting, capacity planning, and
forecasting for support functions
Familiarity with support technologies, preferably Zendesk, and
experience with AI and automation tools
