Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to oversee
talent acquisition and employee engagement while enhancing
operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles and develop
talent acquisition strategies
Design and refine onboarding processes and implement employee
retention strategies
Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain feedback loops
to improve workplace culture
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment for
technical positions
Expertise in using applicant tracking systems and tools like
LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
Experience managing organizational change and supporting business
transformation
Passion for innovation in talent acquisition and delivering
exceptional candidate experiences
