Job Description:
A company is looking for a Risk & Control Manager I to oversee a
team and manage risk and control processes in a fully remote
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the BaaS Risk and Controls team and collaborate with
internal SMEs and partners to address and test risks and
controls
Facilitate audits with external firms and maintain Partner Audit
Risk assessments focusing on key risks
Prepare summary reports of BaaS partner audit programs for
management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience with 5+ years of
relevant bank Internal Audit experience
Prior management experience preferred
Knowledge and understanding of FinTech with a strong technical
background
Understanding of regulatory compliance and FFIEC requirements is
desired
Strong analytical skills necessary for preparing and reviewing
audit programs and reports
