Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Client Manager I.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Support the delivery of contracted services and coordinate with
internal teams
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support action
plans for problem resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Management
Information Systems, or a related discipline
1+ year experience in customer service, preferably in revenue cycle
management or a related field
Basic knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices
