Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies, forecasting, and
performance metrics
Provide coaching and training to sales managers and account
executives
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance revenue initiatives and
optimize sales processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of senior-level management and sales experience,
preferably in tech
4+ years of experience managing sales managers
Experience with transactional sales and account management
Proven track record in scaling pipeline and revenue growth
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven
decision-making
