Academic Advisor
As our Academic Advisor you will report to the Director of Program. First and foremost, the Academic Advisor will be a fierce advocate for College Track's mission to equip students confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor's degree in pursuit of a life of opportunity, choice, and power. The Academic Advisor will work closely with their peer Academic Advisor, in addition to other members of the site team. By delivering engaging content and facilitating dynamic workshops and hosting 1:1 advising appointments, the Academic Advisor will help ensure scholars matriculate into colleges that match their academic and personal goals.

Day to day, you will: Pick scholars up at the end of their school day and transport them to the College Track site; Pick scholars up at the end of College Track programming and transport them to their respective partner school or local bus stop; Text each scholar a reminder before picking them up for scheduled transportation; Run time-sensitive errands while students are not being transported.
