are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Project
Manager to provide comprehensive support to the President of our
Greater Los Angeles office and a Producer, SVP based in Los
Angeles. The Executive Project Manager will play a crucial role in
ensuring the smooth operation of the president's daily projects,
coordinating follow-ups, and handling communications with clients
and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent
communication, technology systems, and interpersonal skills, be
detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an

- Prepare meeting agendas, gather necessary documents or reports,
and ensure everything is prepared as well as following up and
deliverable tracking.
- Review incoming client requests and track the
timely/appropriate responses.
- Make a positive contribution to customer satisfaction and
continuously strive to improve service to the customer.
- Assist in client retention strategies, coordinating that
services are organized and prepared before deadlines.
- Manage CRM software, updating client records, tracking
interactions, and generating reports to help analyze client data
and trends.
- Manage the distribution of content such as white papers and
news articles to potential prospects through mass email
campaigns.
- Schedule and coordinate internal team meetings, including
setting up agendas, sending out invitations, booking meeting rooms,
and recording meeting minutes.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting expense reports
ensuring all expenses are accurately documented and submitted in a
timely manner.
- During travel days, help manage communication with clients,
colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity in
executives absence.
- Manage miscellaneous clerical tasks as
required.QualificationsPosition qualifications
- The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or
equivalent education and/or experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative and/or sales
support role.
- Insurance industry experience is preferred but not
required.
- Strong prioritization skills to effectively manage tasks and
ensure that the most important matters are brought to attention
promptly.
- Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to
interact with clients, project team members, and associates at all
levels of responsibility, representing Lockton in the highest
professional manner.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative in
identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing
solutions with little to no supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and is comfortable
navigating technology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High aptitude for accuracy in mathematical calculations.
- Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and be away from
home more than one day and night.
- Legally able to work in the United States.This position may be
eligible for annual discretionary bonus consideration.Equal
