Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Programs to
oversee the compliance plan related to Secret Shopping and agent
behavior.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve the Secret Shopper Program, including scheduling
meetings and analyzing performance metrics
Examine agent behavior using data analysis to identify areas for
improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to facilitate the Secret
Shopper Program playbook and reporting processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5 - 8 years of private Medicare health insurance compliance call
center experience
5 - 8 years of experience in creating, analyzing, and presenting
data
4 years of project management experience or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of CMS requirements regarding Secret Shopper and
agent behaviors
