Job Title: Floor ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Established West Hollywood Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, maximizing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in the dining room, including managing staff, setting up, and conducting pre-service meetings
• Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
• Work closely with the ma--tre d' to maximize seating capacity, manage table turns, and maintain a smooth flow of service
• Coach and develop hospitality employees to meet our high standards of service
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Conduct end-of-shift reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as neededRequirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in high-volume, fine dining restaurants, preferably in a management capacity
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, with the ability to make recommendations and educate guests
  • Proficiency in basic POS, computer, and mobile technologies, including Word, Gmail, Excel, and OpenTableBenefits:
