Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Organizational Change
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee change team workflow and mentor team members to ensure
optimal support for initiatives
Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify
opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute
strategies for sustainable adoption of changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Change Management, Communications, adult
education, or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with
four years of relevant experience
Ten years of experience in organizational change management or
related fields
At least two years of experience managing teams
Experience with complex transformational initiatives
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within an Agile
framework
