Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Head of
Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development processes in the Biopharma area,
including proposal development and negotiations
Develop account plans and partnerships, driving sales and securing
business through proactive activities
Coordinate with internal teams to present comprehensive proposals
and maintain customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical services
industry
Leadership experience in sales and strategic account management
within the biopharma sector
Experience with customer relationship management systems, such as
Salesforce
Prior experience directing proposal activities in a clinical trials
service organization
