Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Market Manager - UltraClean in our Rental
Division to profitably grow our UltraClean Services.
Responsibilities include overseeing all operations and sales for a
Cintas UltraClean Market including, but not limited to, partner
engagement, safety, customer endearment/retention, growth,
profitability, diversity & inclusion, and execution; developing and
implementing the strategic direction of the market and product line
to meet corporate goals and objectives; directing assigned
operations by proper utilization of sound management practices and
administration of Cintas policies and procedures in order to
achieve defined goals.

Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided
in accordance with California local city or state law. Similar
positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily
receive the same compensation.
The base salary generally ranges between $69,575.00 -
$84,834.56/Year and is eligible for a target bonus. The bonus
earned is based on the performance of the location and individual.
The range is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and
experience.
