Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale a distributed workforce to optimize accounting
operations
Lead process optimization initiatives within the order-to-cash
workflow
Oversee complex order-to-cash projects, ensuring timelines and
deliverables are met
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in order-to-cash or accounting
operations
At least 3 years of experience managing distributed teams
Proven experience in process improvement and operational metrics
tracking
Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
Experience working directly with customers to resolve operational
issues
