flexibility in today's work environment. Our Senior Project Manager
will work primarily in our Poway office, collaborating with
cross-functional teams, but we also offer a hybrid schedule with
the ability to work from home every Friday and every other
Wednesday. This balance allows you to stay connected to our core
operations while enjoying the benefits of remote work.Summary: The
Sr. Project Manager will oversee and execute complex Distribution
Center projects, including hardware automation, software upgrades,
and IT infrastructure initiatives. This position requires strong
project management expertise, technical knowledge, and the ability
to collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate has a track
record of successful project execution and a solid understanding of
warehouse technologies and operations.The Senior Project Manager's
first project will be the execution of an ERP Assessment of our
current ERP, Sage 300. The role would oversee a group of key
stakeholders from different departments in the assessment process
that would consist of:--- Current State Analysis--- Strength
Identification--- Challenges and Limitations--- Risk Assessment---
Growth AlignmentKey ResponsibilitiesProject Management:--- Develop
and manage comprehensive project plans (timelines, budgets,
resources).--- Track project progress, identify risks, and
implement effective mitigation strategies.--- Foster communication
and collaboration across all project stakeholders.--- Ensure
adherence to quality standards and best practices.Technical
Leadership:--- Provide technical expertise in hardware and software
installations.--- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to
improve efficiency.--- Work closely with IT and engineering teams
to design innovative solutions.Process Improvement:--- Identify and
implement opportunities for operational improvement.--- Develop and
maintain standard operating procedures and
documentation.Stakeholder Management:--- Build strong relationships
with internal and external stakeholders.--- Communicate project
progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly.--- Address concerns and
resolve conflicts promptly.Requirements:Qualifications---
Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a
related field.--- PMP certification or equivalent project
management experience.--- Minimum 7 years of project management
experience, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.--- Deep
understanding of warehouse operations, automation technologies, and
software systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).--- Proven experience managing
large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.--- Strong
communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.--- Ability
to work independently and in teams.Additional Requirements---
Experience with IT infrastructure projects, including network,
server, and database management.--- Knowledge of industry standards
related to warehouse safety and compliance.--- Proficiency with
project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).---
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Physical
Requirements:--- Occasional lifting of 25lbs. or less (less than
35% of the time) generally at waist level, some above/below waist,
some above shoulders. --- Occasional lifting of 10lbs. or less
(less than 10% of the time) above shoulders. --- Requires standing
of up to 30% of the time. --- Requires working around and within
automated equipment and includes climbing ladders and working 15 or
