Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Health Operations Manager
(RN/LPN).
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by ensuring excellent customer service and
timely report delivery
Optimize physician costs through proper selection and adherence to
fee schedules
Manage staff performance, hiring, and productivity to meet
operational goals
Required Qualifications
RN/LPN License is required
An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Utilization Review experience is required
Business experience in healthcare or insurance settings is
preferred
Experience in Worker's Compensation and/or Auto insurance is
preferred
