Summary:The Senior Sales Director, Business Planning, will work
closely with the VP, US Sales, to identify ways to improve the
execution and effectiveness of the sales force as they work to
improve the care of patients living with rare kidney disease in the
US. Effective business planning, account oversight (Zone planning,
strategic account planning) and critical partnerships across
stakeholders (Patient Advocacy, Medical, Marketing and Sales) will
be an important part of how this role will make a difference in the
success of the business unit.The Senior Sales Director, Business
Planning, will also be responsible for creating the strategies that
ensure partnership and growth for Travere in key accounts, academic
institutions and other critical accounts of influence. This role
will be responsible for developing and operationalizing the key
account strategy to increase growth and partnerships with specific
organized thought leaders/groups that influence local community
nephrologists throughout the US. A critical responsibility will be
the creation of a Key Account Plan. This role will align with key
stakeholders to identify the key academic institutions that
influence the treatment and care of rare kidney diseases and to
create a strategy for growth in these accounts. This role will be
working with stakeholders to identify appropriate targeted
accounts, as well as craft the measurements that will be key
indicators of success in improving guideline-directed care of
patients living with rare kidney disease in the

competitive compensation package includes a combination of both
cash compensation (base pay and short-term incentive) and long-term
incentive compensation (company stock), designed to recognize,
retain, and reward employees.Target Base Pay Range:$215,000.00 -
