Job Description:
A company is looking for a Citizen Developer Program Manager to
oversee and enhance their Citizen Developer program.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions and support materials for
low-code/no-code platforms
Provide mentorship to program participants and develop a community
of practice
Establish governance frameworks to ensure quality and security of
citizen-developed workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience with low-code Digital and Robotic Process
Automation tools
Experience in training and mentoring individuals or teams
Working knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology
preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform and knowledge of
Salesforce and Tableau
