Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineer, Remote Support (IDC).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote managed services for data centers in manufacturing
facilities, bridging industrial and IT environments
Support and maintain Windows Server Operating Systems, Active
Directory, and performance monitoring on server software and
hardware
Troubleshoot VMware products and assist field service personnel,
distributors, integrators, and customers remotely
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information
technology, or a similar field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
2+ years of experience preferred
Proficiency in VMware products and related technologies
Knowledge of programming languages for cloud platforms, such as
Python or Java
