Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software & Services Solutions
Engineer, CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Support pre-sales scoping and act as a technical mentor for
clients
Project manage all professional services projects from kickoff to
user acceptance testing
Facilitate integration between clients and the software, providing
custom solutions and documentation
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Engineering/IT related discipline and/or 1-2 years related
experience
Proficiency in reading, writing, troubleshooting, and debugging
code
Knowledge of web application development (Java and/or JavaScript)
and API technologies
5+ years in a customer-facing role
Experience in SaaS or cloud application companies within the CRM
ecosystem
