We're looking for a next-level conceptual thinker and writer who knows all when it comes to creating work that demands attention across all platforms. You'll partner with Art Directors and Designers but are able to fly solo when needed, owning projects with ease. Client relationship and presentation skills are expected.We're looking for someone with both confidence and inspiration. Someone who possesses a talent for transforming great ideas into award-winning creative, and has a passion for visual storytelling. We are looking for a creative who enjoys selling their ideas as much as they love crafting them.What you'll do:

• Innovate- Create interactive concepts and campaigns. Develop keen concepts that exceed client objectives and expectations while engaging others.
• Communicate- Capture brand voice in interactive marketing materials including site copy, emails and banner ads. Be the voice for your team.
• Craft- Manage several projects at a time. Oversee conception and writing all forms of advertising, social marketing, and email.
• Collaborate- Partner with the art directors and other copywriters for the timely development and execution of campaigns and projects, including the conception and execution of final deliverables.
• Concept- Concept big ideas and innovative tactics that can span a range of platforms, including digital, mobile, social, CRM, and video. (Strong knowledge of social best practices / trends would be a strong asset.)Who you are:

• Minimum 4-5 years experience in advertising.
• Portfolio with successfully launched client projects.
• Ability to handle a high-volume environment with rapid turnaround times and manage multiple tasks and project details.
• Practiced time management skills and a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of Keynote is a definite asset.The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
