Volt is immediately hiring a Accounting Administrator for a Aerospace Manufacturing Company in Spring Valley Ca.

As a Accounting Administrator you will:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables
Reconcile bank statements with company accounts to ensure accuracy
Assist in processing employee payroll and maintaining payroll records (Software Paychex)
Review and process employee expense reports
Review and process employee 401K contributions
Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure accuracy
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and discrepancies
Interview and onboard new employee's
Explain Health Benefits and 401K

This is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

The ideal candidate:

Must have Degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
Recent Graduate willing to learn Accounting and Human Resource duties
Knowledge of California Labor Laws
Knowledge of Human Resource Duties
Experience processing Payroll
Experience with Computerized Accounting Systems (JobBOSS preferred)
Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Bilingual English and Spanish (Preferred)
Experience with onboarding of new employees

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5:50pm (Flexible to 8am-4:30pm)

Pay Rate: $25 per hour
